OUR STORYOur journey
It all began with prayer…
GOOD TV was founded in Taiwan in 1998 as a Christian nonprofit television station. Christians and church leaders across denominations received a vision in prayer: “To share the gospel in this generation, media with meaningful influence is needed.” GOOD TV was born from that prayer.
In August 2021, GOOD TV JAPAN was established in Japan as a nonprofit organization. Carrying forward the vision and mission of GOOD TV in Taiwan, it began bringing the good news into homes and seeking to see prayer and worship fill households across Japan.
From Japan, toward Kingdom unity
GOOD TV JAPAN shares the gospel in ways that speak to this generation, while serving and connecting churches across Japan as a platform for Kingdom unity and a revival of prayer.
Proverbs 25:25Like cold water to a weary soul
is good news from a distant land.
